Presenter Submission Guidelines
This year’s Roadshow is entitled, Business Transformation
Through Outsourcing: Mastering the Process and, is designed to
demystify the complexity of the outsourcing process by:

Featuring richly developed accounts of successful outsourcing
initiatives |

Serving as a forum for discussion |
| • |
Promoting best practices |
| • |
Demonstrating the measurable benefits of this evolving business
model |
Case Study
presenters will be asked to present their perspective on their
very own outsourcing engagement and to examine the strategic
and operational challenges they faced in the process. Presentations
also typically include some discussion on:

Strategy: RFP development, capital structure, transition
strategies, planning and budgeting, resource allocation, performance
management,
alliances and partnering, business risk management, governess and
legal issues. |
| 2. |
Operations and the outsourcing business
tool kit: decision-support,
process redesign, program management, infrastructure development,
business process outsourcing, value chain information integration,
and P&L and total financial management. |
| 3. |
Organizational change: leadership, human capital development
and/or redeployment, knowledge management, and new skills required. |
The
Outsourcing Institute maintains a strict Presentation Topic Review
Policy and reserves the right to review and approve all
presentation topics submitted by sponsor –recommended companies.
To avoid any undo complexity, please submit
the presentation idea in accordance with the guidelines listed
below.
Session Title: Your
session title should clearly convey what the subject matter of
the presentation will be.
Description: Submit
a 100-word write-up that will clearly present what you will be
covering during your
session. This should be a
thorough overview of your presentation but does not have to be “finished
copy”. If we approve your session for the program, our copywriters
will rewrite your description into selling copy if necessary.
Guarantee
Points: Include three specific guarantees of what attendees
will learn from the presentation.
Speaker Biography: If available,
please include a brief biography
of the speaker’s business experience with special emphasis
on experience that would classify them as an expert in the field
of their presentation subject.
