Verizon IT has been marketing and selling IT outsourcing services to the U.S. marketplace for more than 16 years.

Q What size companies does Verizon IT typically market to?
A We consider our market to be mid-market companies, typically $100-$200 million up to $2 billion. These numbers can move up or down depending on the need.

Q Our company has thought of outsourcing, but we are concerned about losing control of our data and systems. What does Verizon IT do differently from other providers to keep their customers “in the loop”?
A With Verizon IT, our Five Point Customer Assurance program outlines the primary processes and standards that clearly define the outsourcing engagement. The program is designed to include regularly scheduled review and assessment processes that allow our customers to maintain control over the relationship.

Q Security issues are a priority for my company. How does Verizon address these issues?
A At Verizon IT we follow a tri-level approach to security. Our security services cover end-to-end support for physical, data and network security including: design and engineering services, monitoring services, security administration and auditing services. Our approach is focused on ensuring that all systems and applications operate in a safe and reliable environment.
